Terms and Conditions for Betaronline

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The arbitral award shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide.
10.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
11. MODIFICATIONS

(c) Effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
